Admission Requirements for Studying in Russia
After deciding to study in Russia, the student needs to fill out the admission form and submit scanned copies of their 10th and 12th-grade mark sheets, NEET results, and either a passport or Aadhar card. If the student doesn’t have a passport, they should apply for one. Students who took the NEET exam in 2023 can send their results once available.
At this stage, an application fee must be paid. Payment can be made either by online transfer to the company’s bank account or by sending a demand draft/cheque in favor of Continental Education Pvt Ltd, payable in New Delhi.

From Application to Admission Letter
After you pay the application fee and submit your documents, your application will be sent to the university. The university’s admission officer will check your documents, and within seven days, you will receive an admission letter confirming your seat.

Getting Your Visa Invitation Letter
At this step, we will start the process of getting the Invitation Letter. The student needs to provide their original passport. The Visa Invitation Letter is an official document needed to get a visa from the embassy and is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Russia. This process can take about one month. Once the Invitation Letter is ready, the student will need to pay the consultancy service fees.

Student Visa Application and Travel Plans
After getting the Invitation Letter, the student needs to apply for a student visa at the Russian embassy. The visa process usually takes 10-15 days. Once the visa is ready, the student will be informed about the travel date to Russia. At this point, the student can either buy their own air ticket, or our team can help with the ticket purchase.

Essential Preparations After Visa Approval
After the visa is stamped, all original documents, including the passport, visa, and certificates, will be returned to the student. This allows them to arrange for foreign exchange (in US dollars) to pay for university fees and cover living expenses. Students will also receive a checklist of important instructions and items needed for travel. Now, they can start getting ready for their trip to Russia.
